ORDINANCE NO. 74 , SECOND SffitILS <br /> An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 62, Second Series, <br /> adopted January 9, 1989, and entitled "1989 Fee Schedule, Zoning <br /> Applications". The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br /> Ordinance No. 62, Second Series, adopted January 9, 1989, <br /> and entitled "1989 Fee Schedule, Zoning Applications" is <br /> amended to read: <br /> UNDER CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: <br /> PRD Application with Subd. Subd. Fee + $30.00 <br /> per dwelling unit <br /> PRD Application without Subd. $35.00 per dwelling <br /> unit (min. $150.00 ) <br /> PID Application with or without $150.00 per acre <br /> Subd.
