82389.4 <br /> ORDINANCE # 73 , SECOND SERIES <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE #62, SECOND SERIES ADOPTED JANUARY 9TH, 1989, <br /> AND ENTITLED "1989 FEE SCHEDIILE, ZONIPG APPLICATIONS' . <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br /> Ordinance �62, Second Series, adopted January 9, 1989, and <br /> entitled "1989 Fee Schedule, Zoning Applications," is amended to <br /> read: <br /> AFTER-THE-FACT-APPLICATION INVESTIGATION FEES (Resolution #1309} <br /> (Applies to all application types including variances , <br /> conditional use permits, subdivision, zoning amendments, rip-rap <br /> permits, special improvement reviews, grading permits, moving <br /> permits, business licenses, kennel licenses, all building permits <br /> and all general permits.) <br /> This permit fee may be waived by staff for resident property <br /> owners who have not involved a contractor in their work, have no <br /> previous history of work without a permit and where such work <br /> does not entail any zoning violations. <br /> This ordinance becomes effective from and after its <br /> passage and publication. <br /> Passed by the Council this 28th day of August, 1989 . <br /> A� ; `. <br /> ATT T: Jame R.
