ZONING APPLICATIONS <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br /> Ordinance No. 62, Second Series adopted January 9, 1989, and - <br /> entitled "1989 Fee Schedule, Zoning App lications" is amended to read: <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (one charge per project) <br /> Residential Accessary Use (animals, etc. ) $100.00 10.09, Subd 3 <br /> Institutional Use (school, church, etc. ) 150.00 " <br /> Duplex Credit (p�r building) 150.00 " <br /> Commercial/Industrial Use 250.00 " <br /> Land Alteration: 200.00 + permit <br /> Grading, filling, etc. (over 100 cubic yards) <br /> Sea walls, retaining walls within 0-75 ' lakeshore <br /> Renewal Conditional Use Permit 1/2 current fee <br /> (no change from original application) � <br /> Canditional IIse Permit with Variance 50.00 for each variance � <br /> After-the-Fact Fees Double Application Fee <br /> Res. #1306 <br /> ZONING AMENDMENTS INCLUDING REZONING $250.00 § 10.11 <br /> P.II.D.
