The plan should <br /> clearly reflect the site treatment and its <br /> conformance with the approved concept plan. <br /> (9) A preliminary plat prepared in accordance with <br /> the Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> (10) A soil erosion control plan acceptable to <br /> watershed districts, Department of Natural <br /> Resources, Soil Conservation Service , or any <br /> other agency with review authority clearly <br /> illustrating erosion control measures to be <br /> used during construction and as permanent <br /> measures. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on this 8th day <br /> of May, 1989, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> ATTEST• Jame R.
