ORDINANCE # 6 0 , S$COND SffitIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO I�iIINICIPAL CODE SECTION 9.12, <br /> SIIBDIVISION 4, ADOPTSD APRIL 1, 1984 AND ENTITLED "APPLICATION'. <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br /> S$CTION 9.12, Subdivision 4. is amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9.12, Subdivision 4 (A). Application. All licenses shall be <br /> issued by the City and applications therefore shall be accompanied by <br /> a certificate issued by a veterinarian licensed to practice in the <br /> State of Minnesota, showing that the dog is vaccinated against rabies <br /> for the duration of the applied for license. Should the rabies <br /> vaccination expire prior to the full term of the license, the owner is <br /> responsible for updating such vaccination. If a dog is impounded by <br /> the City and found to not have a current rabies vaccination, the dog <br /> will automatically receive such vaccination prior to leaving the <br /> pound, at the owner's expense. No more than two dog licenses shall be <br /> issued to any one person or for any one lot, property or address at <br /> any one time unless there shall first have been issued a current <br /> residential or commercial kennel license for said person, lot, <br /> property or address. <br /> Adopted by the .City Council of Orono on this 14th day of <br /> November, 1988, by a vote of 3 ayes and � nays. <br /> :� <br /> , <br /> ,�.��� ..... <br /> Ja s R.
