ORDINANCB NO. 59 , SECOND Sffi2IBS <br /> An ordinance amendinq Ordinance No. 2.52 of the Orono Municipal <br /> Code relating to composition of the Park Commission, adopted on April 1, <br /> 1984. <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains: <br /> Section 2.52, Subdivision 1, adopted on April 1, 1984 and <br /> entitled "Establishment and Composition" is amended to read: <br /> Section 2.52 <br /> Subdivision 1. Establishment and Composition. A Park <br /> Commission composed of eight members, who shall serve <br /> staggered three year terms, is hereby established. The <br /> Public Works Director and one Councilmember shall be members <br /> of the Commission ex officio and without vote and are in <br /> addition to the eight member commission. <br /> This ordinance becomes effective upon passage and publication on <br /> November 7 � lggg. <br /> Passed by the Orono Council on this 24th day of October, 1988 . <br /> ��-__ -1 <br /> J es .
