The City Council shall have <br /> the power to affirm, reverse or modify the decision of the Public <br /> Works Director . <br /> Subd. 4 . Permit Fees . The fees for permits for the <br /> construction of improvements as outlined above, shall be as set <br /> forth in the City' s Fee Schedule which may be amended from time to <br /> time. <br /> Subd. S . Revocation of Permit . <br /> A. All permits granted for the use of private <br /> property under the terms of this Ordinance shall be revocable by <br /> the Public Works Director pursuant to the procedure set out below <br /> in Section 6 . 05 , Subd. 6 , "Authority of Public Works Director. " <br /> B . In addition to the provisions of Section 6 . 06 , <br /> Subd. 6, a permit may be revoked by the City Council and City <br /> shall have the right to revise, relocate or close any sidewalk, <br /> curb and gutter, driveway, driveway approach, driveway turnaround, <br /> curb cut or private in.�rovement in any private road or other <br /> private prooerty in thz City as the result of the reconstructi�n <br /> of any road, a change in land use, or a major ch�nge in the <br /> traffic pattern of an existing land use. <br /> Subd. 6 . Authoritv of Public Works Director . <br /> A. All work done under a permit issued in <br /> compliance wit;l this Ordinance shall be under the direction and <br /> supervision oF the Public Works Director, who is hereby authorized <br /> to make the necessary rules , regulations and specification:� with <br /> respect to materials for and method of construction oi a sidewalk, <br /> curb and gutter, driveway, driveway approach, drivew�y turnaround, <br /> curb cut, roadway surfacing or private improvement in any private <br /> road or other private property in the City. A copy of such rules <br /> and regulations shall be kept on file with the City Clerk. A <br /> permit issued under the provisions of this Ordinance may be <br /> revoked by the Public Works Director when ae or she determinEs <br /> that the construction or activity authorized by the permit is not <br /> beinq performed according to the terms of the permit or this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> B. Notice of su�h revocation, with a description <br /> of the facts supporting such revocation, shall be mailed or <br /> delivered to the person named in the permit at the address listed <br /> in the permit . <br /> C.
