ORDINANCE NOMBER 46 , SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE CHAPTER 4 , SECTION 4.�2, i <br /> SUBDIVISION 8, ADOPTED MARCH 17, 1987, AND ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE <br /> RELATING TO INTOXICATING AND NON-INTORICATING LIQIIOR LICENSING <br /> AND REGQLATION <br /> The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br /> Ordinance Chapter 4, Section 4.02 Subdivision 8 adopted <br /> March 17 , 1987 , and entitled "An Ordinance relating to <br /> Intoxicating and Non-Intoxicationg Liquor Licensing and <br /> Regulation° is amended to read: <br /> Subd. 8. Persons Disqualified. In addition to any <br /> other provision of law, no person shall qualify for a license <br /> under this Chapter who has been convicted within five years of <br /> the license application of violating any law relating to the <br /> manufacture , sale or distribution of non- intoxicating malt <br /> liquor, liquor or wine, or whose license therefor has been <br /> revoked within such period of time or convicted of gambling <br /> within five years of the license application. Nor shall any <br /> person qual ify who has not attained the State establ ished legal <br /> drinking age. <br /> This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption and <br /> publication on January 18, 1988. <br /> Passed by the Council this llth day of January, 1988 . <br /> --- - --- -- ------- ------- <br /> Jam s R.
