ORDINANCB NO. 45 , SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AlrlENDING SLCTION 12 OF ORDINANCE NO. 12 <br /> ADOPTED APRIL 11, 1984 AND ENTITLED <br /> 'AN ORDINANCE ADDING S$CTION 12.09 CLRAZI FILL" <br /> The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br /> Section 12.09 Clean Fill: <br /> Subdivision 1. Clean fill shall be all native soils as <br /> described in the Unified Soils Classification System. Organic, <br /> ' manmade and reprocessed materials, topsoil, and rocks larger <br /> than 0.25 cubic yards (2.9' dim. ) shall not be considered clean <br /> fill. <br /> Subdivision 2. Land alterations involving filling and <br /> grading activites, whether requiring permits or not, shall be <br /> performed with clean fill only, as described in Subdivision 1. <br /> This ordinance becomes effective upon publication. <br /> Passed by the Council the 14th day of December, 1987. <br /> �V <br /> Jam s R.
