An as-built survey was submitted and it was noted at that time the a swale on the east <br /> side of the property was not graded as proposed,therefore a final certificate of occupancy could not be issued due to <br /> this unresolved issue. City staff will be meeting with Matt from LDK on site on tomorrow (Wednesday,April 22"d)to <br /> discuss the swale requirement. Please note, according to the TCO, all exterior improvements must be completed by <br /> June 1, 2015. <br /> The City engineer's initial review of the survey noted the pink hashed area was wetland buffer,which was incorrect. <br /> Attached is a colored copy of Glendale Cove subdivision which shows the area in pink in wetland buffer. This pink area <br /> should shown on the survey as wetland buffer. The red hashed area on your survey may be lawn. The Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District (MCWD) is copied on this email and may inspect the property and may notify you where the wetland <br /> buffer signage is to be located. Contact them directly at 952-471-0590 to resolve the sign location issue. Once the signs <br /> are installed per the MCWD's requirement, please have the survey updated to show the correct wetland buffer area, <br /> signage location and swale once installed. <br /> i <br />
