Please <br /> note, according to the TCO, all exterior improvements must be completed by June 1, 2015. <br /> The City engineer's initial review of the survey noted the pink hashed area was wetland buffer, which <br /> was incorrect. Attached is a colored copy of Glendale Cove subdivision which shows the area in pink in <br /> wetland buffer. This pink area should shown on the survey as wetland buffer. The red hashed area on <br /> your survey may be lawn. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is copied on this email and <br /> may inspect the property and may notify you where the wetland buffer signage is to be located. Contact <br /> them directiy at 952-471-0590 to resolve the sign location issue.
