6 <br />484259v3 AMB MN415-1 <br />Sheriff’s Office Accounting Division for a period of three (3) years after <br />termination of the Task Force. <br /> <br />8.2. The Board shall approve an annual operating budget for the Task Force. The <br />Board may amend the budget as necessary. <br /> <br />8.3. The Task Force’s funds may be expended by the Board in accordance with this <br />Agreement in a manner determined by the Board. In no event shall there be an <br />expenditure of Task Force funds from the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office <br />depository except per the approved budget. <br /> <br />8.4. The Board may not incur debts. <br /> <br />8.5. The Board shall receive a quarterly statistical report and a financial report on <br />all activities conducted by the Task Force. <br /> <br />8.6. Task Force operations will be financed from grant funds, drug forfeitures, and <br />any funds voluntarily contributed by any member. Members will provide agents <br />for the Task Force but will not otherwise be required to provide funds without <br />the prior amendment of this Agreement approved by all members. <br /> <br />9. Agent. <br /> <br />9.1. Each member shall assign experienced, licensed peace officers/deputies (agents) to <br />serve on the Task Force. Assignments for the year 2016 are as follows: <br /> <br />Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office (2 FTE) – 1 Supervisor <br />City of Medina (1 FTE) <br />City of Minnetrista (1 FTE) <br />City of Orono (1 FTE) <br />West Hennepin Department of Public Safety (l FTE) <br /> <br />For each subsequent year, each member will advise the Board, prior to October 1st, <br />of the number of employees which that member will provide in the subsequent <br />calendar year. <br /> <br />9.2. All personnel assigned to the Task Force shall comply with rules of conduct <br />prescribed by the Task Force supervisor developed in consultation with the head of <br />Task Force member agencies and in recognition of the rules of their respective <br />agencies. The Task Force supervisor, or his designee, shall refer disciplinary <br />matters involving assigned personnel to the respective agency for investigation and <br />disposition unless, based on the judgment of the Task Force supervisor, or his/her <br />designee, a particular matter represents prima facie grounds for the issuance of a <br />criminal complaint, in which case the matter shall be referred directly to an external <br />law enforcement agency for investigation provided the appropriate Task Force <br />agency head(s) is(are) notified in advance thereof.
