<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Lurton Off Leash Dog Park Rules <br /> <br />The City of Orono has specific policies for the Lurton Off Leash Dog Park. For the safety of all <br />park users, please adhere to these policies. Violation of any of these rules and conditions can <br />lead to a citation and/or revocation of your pass. The City reserves the right to reject or cancel <br />passes and will restrict days or times of use as necessary. <br />• Park hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. <br />• Vehicles must display a Lurton Park Pass. <br />• Patrons must be in possession of an annual pass. <br />• Dogs must have a current rabies vaccination. <br />• Dogs must be attended and under control at all times. No exceptions. <br />• No aggressive behavior. <br />• Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. <br />• No more than 3 dogs per handler. <br />• No handlers under the age of 16. <br />• Adults must supervise children and instruct them in proper behavior around dogs. <br />• No firearms or devices considered firearms under Federal Law. <br />• No dogs under age 4 months. <br />• No dogs in heat. <br />• All other Park Ordinances apply. <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit D. <br />Park Rules
