VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br /> <br />*7. #14-3655 JOE AND DONELLE FELDMANN, 805 FOREST ARMS LANE – VARIANCE <br />– RESOLUTION NO. 6425 <br /> <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6425, a Resolution Granting a <br />Variance to Municipal Zoning Code Sections 78-78-1279(6) for the property located at 805 Forest <br />Arms Lane. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br /> <br />8. #14-3674 WOLVERTON, LLC, REVIS STEPHENSON, 4580 WOLVERTON PLACE – <br />VACATION – RESOLUTION NO. 6426 <br /> <br />Lori Gherardi, 2980 Watertown Road, stated she is in agreement with the $3,403 figure arrived at but that <br />she would like to make a request that the fee be reduced or waived. Gherardi stated she would agree the <br />easement was probably not necessary in the first place and that there were no adverse impacts on <br />stormwater or site drainage and are not anticipated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
