DIVISION 6 - CARPENTRY <br /> A. All necessary framing labor and carpentry woric shall be done in substantial conformity <br /> with the plans and specifications. Bridging, headers, corner bracing, nailing, <br /> blocking and furring to be according to standard building practices, local codes and <br /> ordinances. Building paper, where required, shall be 15#felt. <br /> B. Framing Lumber <br /> 1. Studs: Construction grade Hem-Fir. <br /> 2. Joists & Headers: No. 2 Hem-Fir. <br /> 3. Microlam beams as per shown on drawings. <br /> 4. Roof sheathing: Exterior grade plywood or oriented strand board in <br /> thickness shown. <br /> Z �5. Wall sheathing: 1/2" Plywood. <br /> � 6. Subfloor: Plywood or oriented strand board in thickness shown. <br /> 7. Lumber in contact with masonry and earth to be treated in accordance <br /> with AWPB Standard LP-2. <br /> C. Trusses <br /> 1 . All floor and roof trusses to be stamped and engineered by a licensed truss <br /> manufacturer. <br /> D. Siding <br /> 1. Siding to match the existing siding. <br /> E. Exterior Trim <br /> 1. Trim boards: WC 4B Western Red Cedar#3 or better, in sizes <br /> shown. <br /> F. Soffits <br /> 1 . 3/8" cedar veneered plywood. <br /> G. Interior Trim <br /> 1 . All interior trim shall match the existing trim profiles. The following is a guide: <br /> a.
