If vegetation or obstructions interfere with satellite <br /> signals at a location in any allowable placement area, the <br /> accessory antenna may be placed on the roof of any authorized <br /> structure on the premises. <br /> 4. Location. Accessory antennas shall not be located within a <br /> required yard or setback area or within drainage or utility <br /> easements.
