on this site include the 5-acre wetland, the horse barn, the internuttent creek, and a few of
the pine tree stands. The wetland will serve as a backdrop for house lots 1 and 2 and has
been given a 35 foot buffer to help preserve its present state. This wetland will also serve
. as a spacing buffer between house lots 1 and 2 and any further development that may
occur west of this site. The horse barn from the exterior point of view has been kept in
good condition and may want to be considered preserving. If the hydology for the . . .
intermittent creek is planned to increase in volume then protection of the creek banks
should be considered for erosion control purposes. Finally, there are several pine tree
stands that are located throughout the site which serve as a screen to the power lines
located on site. The larger of the three power lines, approximately 58 feet tall, is located
on the north end of the site and runs east to west near the property boundary. These
power lines are currently being screened by the pine stands just south of the power lines.
Design plans should take these power lines into account for house lots 2 and 3: The other
two power lines, approximately 35 feet tall, are located on the east end of the lot and run
north to south connecting to the power line that runs along CSAH 6. This power line is
more exposed and should be taken into consideration during the design plan. As for the
n d power line that runs along CSAH 6,the current stand of pine trees running along CSAI=I 6
is providing a screen to this negative view.
j. The only landmark that exists on this site is the horse barn which has been
mentioned above. -
5.
