Garage stalls accessory to <br /> residential structures may be located anywhere on the lot other than a <br /> required yard area, except that such garages may be located to within <br /> ten feet of an interior side fot fine and to within ten feet of a rear lot line <br /> subject to this chapter. Open parking spaces on lots must have a location' <br /> other than a required yard, except that such parking may be located in a rear <br /> yard to within ten feet of an interior side lot fine and to within ten feet of a rear <br /> lot fine. <br /> (2) 8 districts.Within the B-2 district parking may not be allowed in any required <br /> yard or landscaping area.Within the B-1, B-3 and B-4 districts, parking <br /> spaces and/or garages shall be located in areas other than a required yard; <br /> except that parking may be located in a rear yard to within three feet of the <br /> rear or side lot fine unless the rear or side lot line is in common with an R <br /> district; in which case the setback distance shall be the same as required for <br /> the R district. <br /> (3) 1 Industrial districts. All off-street parking spaces shall conform with the <br /> requirements of section 78-827 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> (Code 1984,§ 10.61(5);Ord.
