The final Site Plans must be signed by the appropriate licensed professional,and include the <br /> date and Minnesota License number in the signature block. <br /> 2. The benchmazk should be clearly labeled on all Civil plans. <br /> 2.0 Site Plan <br /> 2.1) Pedestrian ramp locations,complying with ADA requirements,should be shown on the Final <br /> Site Plan,and a detail for pedestrian ramps,with metal truncated domes, should be included. <br /> 2.2) A concrete pavement section should be added to the Site Plan for the proposed concrete pad <br /> on the northeast corner of the existing building. <br /> 2.3) A detail for B612 curb and gutter should be added to the plans. <br />
