� o� 0 0 �'�.�°_.�:, _,,, CITY of ORONO � :�. � �� `�� G~' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL L�kES8�4� NO. �> f-� � � CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS Based upon one or more of the above findin�s, the Orono City Council hereby �rants a variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1279(6) to allow construction of an addition to the existing home 11 feet ahead of the average lakeshore setback line, subject to the following conditions: l. Council approval is based on the survey and building plans submitted by the Applicant and annotated by City staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibits A R. B. Anv amendments to the site plan which are not in conformity with City codes will requir� further Plannin� Commission and City Council review. 2. Proposed hardcover levels are conforming and no hardcover variances are �ranted. 3. The building plans submitted for building permit will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the City's buildin�hei�ht and number of stories re�ulations. 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the Applicant, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new construction and commencing consh-uction of said project. A framin� inspection must be completed within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire on that date (Au�ust 22, 2012). �. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. 6. The undersigned Applicant has read, understands and hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of the Applicant and the Applicant's heirs, successors and assin s, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the Property.
