A copy of this letter is enclosed. Please complete <br /> the enclosed Zoning Permit Application listing each land alteration and/or hardcover change which has <br /> been started and/or been completed since the time of the original permit in 2011. The Zoning Permit <br /> fee is $50; however, as work has been done without a permit an after-the-fact or double fee will be <br /> imposed. <br />
