The average lakeshore setback line shown on the preliminary plat shall be <br /> the line used to define the average lakeshore setback for alI 3 lots. <br /> 7. If the existing mound on lots 1 and 3 is proposed to remain in use during <br /> the interim period, a temporary easement, expiring at the time of site <br /> grading for proposed lot l, may be pernlitted but only by approval of the <br /> City. <br /> 8. The subdivider shall implement all cun-ently provided or forthcoming <br /> recoinmendations of the City Engineer regarding grading, drainage, <br /> stornlwater management and site improvemens. <br /> 9. The developer shall coinply with all requirements of the Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District. <br /> 10. Subdivider is hereby advised that preliminary subdivision approval will <br /> expire within one year of the date of City Council approval, May 10, 2005. <br /> Should the subdivider fail to complete the filing of the final plat <br /> application within the year deadline, it shall be necessary for the <br /> subdivider to file a ne��v preliminary subdivision application with the City. <br /> Final Plat Submittals: <br /> The following list of final suUnlittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on the <br /> second and fourth Mondays of the month. These submittals are as follows: <br /> 1. Record plat drawings in the fonn of two (2) mylar copies (one copy for the <br /> City's records and one for filing with Hemlepin County) and one (1) copy <br /> reduced to 1" = 200'. Drawings to include: <br /> a. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark Gronber� of <br /> Gronberg & Associates, Inc., dated March 1, 2004 and revised 4-12-04 <br /> and 4-14-04. <br /> b.
