i <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: December 17, 2004 <br /> TO: Permit Applicant <br /> FROM: Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) <br /> RE: MCWD permit 04-644 <br /> Please find the enclosed declaration for wetland preservation for the <br /> above indicated permit application. This document has three parts: <br /> the declaration, consent and subordination, and attachment A which is <br /> a copy of the approved site plan showing the location of the wetland <br /> buffers. All three parts must be recorded. In cases where there is no <br /> mortgage or additional owner or other proprietary interest, the consent <br /> and subordination section of the document may be disregarded. <br /> The document must be recorded with Carver or Hennepin County and <br /> verification of the recording must then be returned to MCWD before <br /> your permit can be issued. The applicant is responsible for recording <br /> any required documents with the county. Acceptable verification of <br /> recordation involves a copy of the document and attachments <br /> submitted for recording stamped and dated by the county, preferably <br /> with a document number or a receipt received from the County at the <br /> time of filing with a copy of the recorded document.
