The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has determined the above mentioned permit <br /> application to be complete therefore the application is approved with the following conditions: <br /> • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$15.22 <br /> • Reimbursement of Rule J fees in the amount of$52.95 <br /> • Submittal of a declaration for the preservation of the 16.5 foot wetland buffer which must be <br /> executed and recorded <br /> Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J,reyuires that site <br /> inspections be conducted. In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a fee equal <br /> to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection,engineering services, legal services, <br /> and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are referred to as Rule J fees. <br /> Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and all permit conditions have been met staff will <br /> issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been <br /> issued. This permit expires one year from the date of this letter.
