� /�Z v`��i:s <br /> , _. . � <br /> �Q�O <br /> C ITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � <br /> y� ` � <br /> G N o. � 4 t"a 'J <br /> ��kESHO�� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A SUBDIVISIOfV OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> FILE NO. 14-3692 <br /> YVHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Anthony Sarenpa and Nicole Sarenpa a married coupie, (hereinafter the <br /> "Owners of 2630") are the owners of the property located at 2630 Fox Street within the City of <br /> Orono (hereinafter "City") and legaliy described as foilows: <br /> Tract C, RLS No. 1249, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Sarenpa <br /> Pro.perty"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Draper Jaffray and Molfy Jaffray, husband and wife, (hereinafter the <br /> "Owners of 2620") are the owners of the property located at 2620 Fox Street within the City of <br /> � Orono (hereinafter "City") and legalfy described as: Tract D, RLS No. 1249, Hennepin <br /> Coun#y, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Jaffray Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners of 2630 and the Owners of 2620 have collectively made <br /> appiication to the City for approval of a lot line rearrangement which wouid relocate the lot <br /> boundary line between the properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and maited notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono <br /> Planning Commission heid a public hearing on the lot line rearrangement on October 20, 2014 <br /> at which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the <br /> opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council reviewed the proposed lot line <br /> rearrangement at a regular meeting held on October 13, 2014 and makes the following findings <br /> with regards to the proposed lot line rearrangement: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
