Please complete and return at your earliest convenience. <br /> Also, built into the building permit fee is a $500 credit for engineering review. If engineering costs exceed <br /> $500, the cost is passed through to the property owner to pay. To ensure all pass-through bills are paid, we <br /> require an escrow agreement to be signed and submitted with a $2,500 check. The escrow is also held during <br /> the building permit process to ensure erosion control is in properly established on site at all times. <br /> Attached is the building permit escrow agreement. Please have the property owner sign and return with a <br /> check for $2,500. We will need this agreement and funds before our wetland specialist will be able to perform <br /> a site inspection.
