Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />( * #22) APPOINTMENT OF JAMES MOROWCZYNSKI TO SERGEANT <br />POSITION <br />Goetten moved, Kelley seconded, to appoint James Morowczynski to the position of <br />sergeant, effective October 14, 1997 at a pay rate of $24.13 per hour. Vote: Ayes 4, <br />Nays 0. <br />(* #23) 1960 SHORELINE DRIVE - RELEASE TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY TO <br />ADJACENT OWNER - RESOLUTION NO. 3997 <br />Goetten moved, Kelley seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 3997 releasing the tax forfeit <br />parcel at 1960 Shoreline Drive for sale to adjacent property owners.
