April 13, 2016 <br />2016 Joint Use Dock Licenses Renewals <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />To date there have been no complaints regarding any of the 10 joint use dock licensees receiving license <br />renewals. Staff recommends approval of 2016 joint use dock licenses for each of the 10 applicants listed <br />within. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested <br />Council should consider adopting the attached resolutions granting a 2016 joint use dock license for <br />each of the 10 applicants. <br /> <br />Proposed Motion: <br />Motion to adopt the resolutions and direct staff to issue a Joint Use Dock License to each of the <br />following for the period from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016: <br /> <br />• Bohns Point Lane Homeowners; <br />• Forest Arms Country Club Addition Homeowners Association, Inc.; <br />• Foxhill Homeowners Association; <br />• Kelly Cove Homeowners Association of Orono; <br />• Minnetonka Power Squadron; <br />• Pheasant Lawn Homeowners Association; <br />• Pirates Cove Homeowners Association; <br />• Tonkawa, Inc. (Property Owners at 460, 500 & 550 Tonkawa Road); <br />• Victoria Estates Homeowners Association; and <br />• Walter’s Port Maintenance & Improvement Association. <br />
