MINUTES OF SPECIAL ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 27, 1989 <br />Councilmember Goetten asked if the proposed budget for <br />the Assessing department was for an in -house assessor and part <br />time clerical staff. City Administrator stated at this point <br />that was correct but that staff was currently working to contract <br />for assessing services which would hopefully be less. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson stated he would have <br />prepared for the Council a copy of the various Fund balances <br />projected through the end of 1990. <br />Councilmember Goetten stated that she is aware of work <br />that Inter Faith Outreach is doing the in area and noted that <br />they would welcome funds. City Administrator stated the City <br />would review any funding request sent by such organizations. <br />Public Works Director Gerhardson stated that there would <br />be an additional $2,900 placed in the 1990 Recycling Budget. <br />After review and discussion of each department's <br />proposed 1990 budget Acting Mayor Callahan asked if there were <br />any other questions. <br />ADJOURNMENT 9:04 P.M. <br />It was moved by Acting Mayor Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten to adjourn the Special Council Meeting at <br />9:04 p.m. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0, Motion passed. <br />L <br />Edward J.
