The following are corriments from the City's <br /> engineer: <br /> 1. The proposed plan includes adding hardcover (blacktop driveway) in the sewer eas�ement. An encroachment <br /> agreement is required. This is also listed as a requirement in the Variance resolutic�n. <br /> 2. The survey does not comply with the City's survey standards: <br /> a. #10. Topographic contours at 2'contours on the entire lot(Lakeshore, 1') and 50'outside of lot lines. <br /> b. #16. 100-year flood elevation <br /> 3. The high water level of the wetland should be indicated on the survey. (See 2.b.) (note- this was hand written in <br /> on the Erosion Control plan of September ist.) <br /> � <br />
