The following are comments from the City's <br /> engineer: <br /> 1. The proposed plan includes adding hardcover (blacktop driveway) in the sewer easement. An encroachment <br /> agreement is required. This is also listed as a requirement in the Variance resoluticm. <br /> 2. The survey does not comply with the City's survey standards: <br /> a. #10. Topographic contours at 2'contours on the entire lot (Lakeshore, 1') �and 50'outside of lot lines. <br /> b. #16. 100-year flood elevation <br /> 3. The high water level of the wetland should be indicated on the survey. (See 2.b.) I;note- this was hand written in <br /> on the Erosion Control plan of September lst.) <br /> 4. Particular care should be given ensuring the drainage pattern depicted on the west side of the addition is created <br /> to ensure no runoff is directed onto the neighboring property. <br /> 5. The erosion control measures shown on the plan do not match those submitted in t:he erosion control plan by <br /> Kyle Hunt and Partners, dated September ist 2015. The plan submitted on 09/01/15 should be the erosion <br /> control plan used.
