Does the Commission find it necessary to impose additional conditions in order <br /> to mitigate any impacts created by the granting of the requested CUP? <br /> 4. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval of the CUP for the existing retaining wall as currently <br /> located, subject to the property owner entering into an Encroachment Agreement <br /> establishing parameters for the continued existence of the wall within the drainage and <br /> utility easement. <br />
