Our hardcover impact is below the 5,000 threshold (The hardcover calculation sheet, completed by the <br /> surveyor, has been attached for your review.The existing hardcover has been calculated at 12,082 sq. ft. and the <br /> proposed is calculated at 16,421 sq. ft. for a delta of 4,339 sq.ft.) <br /> 2.
