Rita Guderian <br />• stated the valuation had been reduced from $185,400 to $178,500 <br />but felt that was a fair value of the property. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember Sime to <br />accept the reappraisals as recommended by the Assessor.
