MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD MAY 11, 1987 <br />#1136 DICK HASSEL <br />840 HUNT FARM ROAD <br />SUBDIVISION CLASS III <br />RESOLUTION #2176 <br />Dick Hassel was present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />a subdivision replat. The purpose of replat is to <br />redesignate Outlot D, Huntington Farm as a buildable pad <br />within the existing PRD of 9 units. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2176 <br />approving the proposed subdivision replat as proposed. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />#1137 MARC FRITZLER AND DESYL PETERSON <br />4385 CHIPPEWA LANE <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2177 <br />Applicants were not present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />variances for major rehabilitation of existing house in <br />additional to partial second story addition, attached <br />garage and porch to rear of house. The house was placed <br />on property prior to RR -lA zoning standards. Planning <br />Commission recommended approval per staff's <br />recommendations. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2177 <br />approving the variances as proposed. Motion, Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />#1151 ANN FISHER <br />774 TONKAWA ROAD <br />RENEWAL VARIANCE <br />WAIVER OF REQUIRED PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW <br />Ann Fisher was not present for this matter. <br />Councilmember Callahan stated he was opposed to waiving <br />the required public hearing before the Planning <br />Commission as a matter of policy. Councilmember <br />Callahan moved to refer this application to the Planning <br />Commission through the normal course of procedure. <br />Mayor Grabek seconded the motion for discussion. <br />16 <br />
