There were outstanding items relating to the required Conservation Design review and analysis <br /> as well as a question regarding the dry, buildable area to be resolved in order to complete the staff and <br /> Commission review of the request. The Planning Commission held the public hearing and received <br /> comments from the public. The comments are reflected in the draft minutes from the November <br /> meeting and are attached as Exhibit H. Staff requested a number of items be submitted or resolved <br /> prior to the application appearing back before the Planning Commission. Those items are listed as <br /> follows in bold text: <br />
