Legal Description - Part of Government Lot 3 located in the SW '/4, of the NE '/4, of the NE %, <br />� Section 36, Township 118, Range 23, City of Orono,Hennepin County, MN. <br />� 2. Site Conditions - The 2.5 acre properly contains and existing residence that will be removed to <br /> accommodate a new five bedroom residential home with a public water connection and private <br /> onsite wastewater treatment system. The site is predominantly vegetated with deciduous trees and <br />� shrubs. A 3%- 7% slope exists at the proposed drain field location. <br />� 3. Soil Conditions — The Hennepin County soil survey indicates the soil in the area is mapped as a <br /> Nessel Series. The soil texture is generally a loam surface over sandy clay loam/clay loam. Our <br />� own soil borings found the depth to soil redoximorphic features to range from 30" - 4,4" within the <br /> primary drain field site. The percolation rate in the 16 inches ranged from 10-16 minutes per inch. <br />� 4. Sizing of Treatment System — The wastewater treatment system is desi ed for a five-bedr <br /> home with no possible future bedroom additions. The installation of a gb age disposal has be n <br /> I accommodated within the design. The estimated daily flow for a,t#�ee-bedroom home is 750 <br /> gallons. ��c <br /> I5. Description of the Treatment Process— <br /> • Primary Treatment - Sewage is gravity discharged from the house a series of two septic tanks. <br /> INatural biological activities taking place inside of the septic tank will separate solids and <br /> suspected particles.
