The City Building Inspectar has accordingly authorized <br /> Lundgren Bros. Construction to commence the clearing of the site,including tree removal,prior <br /> to the issuance of the Building Permit. It is also our understanding that the Building Permit <br /> would be issued no later than Friday,January 17,2003,and that no additional plans,applications, <br /> surveying, etc., are necessary prior to the issuance of the Building Permit. <br /> I thank you for the successful resolution of this ongoing issue. As you are aware,the Bastiaens <br /> are under some time pressure to get the home constructed prior to a family marriage on June 14, <br /> 2003. Unfortunately, any further delays in the issuance of the Building Permit would have <br /> resulted in Lundgren Bros. Construction not being able to complete the home by that date. <br /> I will prepare the application for the Conditional Use Permit and forward it to Mr. Bastiaens for <br /> execution.
