To accommodate <br /> some lacation uncertainty with the soil conditions and directional drilling of the watermain and <br /> forcemain, the city may wish to consider waiting until the utilities are installed to determine the <br /> easement locations. <br /> General ,. .z <br /> • The proposed improvements will disturb more than one acre. This wiil require a permit from the <br /> MPCA. Final plans should include a detailed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for <br /> review and approval. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material triggering Orono's erosion control <br /> ordinance. City code requires that an erosion control financial security be submitted in the <br /> amount of 125%of the estimated cost to accompiish compiiance with the SWPPP. The <br /> estimated cost for the project is $8,000 and the required security would then be $10,000.
