Required off-street parking in all districts shall meet the <br /> following setback requirements: <br /> (1) R districts. Within all R districts, all vehicles normally owned or kept by the occupants <br /> on the premises must have a garage stall or open parking space on the same lot as the <br /> principal use served. Parcels having frontage on more than <br /> one public road shall be allowed a driveway approach to one public road. <br /> (b) Residential driveway approach shall not exceed 20 feet in width at the intersected <br /> right-of-way line. <br /> (e) No portion of a driveway approach, except the curb return, shall be constructed within <br /> 100 feet of a corner. <br />
