The grantfng of such variance will nat merely serve as a convenience to the <br /> applicant,but is necessary to alleviate demonstrable dif�'iculty <br /> - The current home lacks adequate garage space to�e able to park two vehicles <br /> inside. Creating additional garage storage space will allow for less vehicles to be parked in <br /> front of the home as well create a mare safe entry and exit to the home for the current <br /> resident. <br />
