Households af that era were not <br /> created to be two car households. The garage was built originally to store a large <br /> one car vehicle that was suited for a 1920s pre-war vehicle,which is much larger <br /> then today's vehicles. <br /> 3. The variance, if granted�will not alter the essentlal character of the locality <br /> • The design and structure has been created to tie in with the existing character of <br /> the residence as well match existing materials with the addition what wffl blend <br /> with the current structure and maintain the character of the property <br /> 4. Economic Consideratlons alone do nat canstitute practical difficultfes if <br /> reasonable use for the property exist under the terms of the Zoning Chapter: <br /> - N/A <br /> 5.
