Kintyre Preserve <br /> Page 3 <br /> 5.0 PRELIMINARY GRADING PLAN: <br /> 5.1 The Final Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) should be revised to include all <br /> elements required by NPDES requirements. Location and details of proposed erosion control <br /> devices for demolition of existing structures and construction of shared driveways,training <br /> documentation, and chain of responsibility should be included on the Final Plans. The SWPPP <br /> should also indicate perimeter erosion control measures and protection fencing will be installed by <br /> Contractor and inspected by City prior to any demolition or land disturbance. Contractor must <br /> provide 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> 6.0 PRELIMINARY LANDSCAPE PLAN: <br /> 6.1 The Landscape Plan should be revised to include the following: <br /> a. Seeding/sod areas adjacent to shared driveways installed as part of initial development <br /> b. Invasive species management(as outlined in the Vegetation Management Plan) <br /> c. Location of Conservation Easements <br /> d. Protection fencing around trees to be preserved <br /> e.
