Plat Map <br /> Background <br /> The property owner is proposing to demolish and construct a new residence on the property at <br /> 570 Orono Orchard Road South and is requesting a number of variances in order to do so.The <br /> subject property is a nonconforming lot of record with just over a half of an acre in area and <br /> approximately 100 feet of width on Orono Orchard Road South;the RR-16 zoning district <br /> requires 2.0 acres in area and 200 feet of width. The owner is requesting side setback variances <br /> from both the north and south lot lines,therefore lot area and lot width variances are also <br /> required. The proposed two-story home will be situated 17 feet from the north side lot line and <br /> 15 feet from the south side lot line;front and rear setbacks will be met. <br />
