The plan is dated 6-28-10. We have the following comments with regards to engineering <br /> matters: <br /> 1. The plan should show perimeter drainage and utility easements 5-feet wide along all <br /> � interior lot lines or adjacent to platted properly with existing easements and 10-feet <br /> wide along the exterior lot lines. <br /> 2. Previous drainage comments have been addressed by the addition of a small storm <br /> pond at the southeast corner of the site and direction of roof drainage to the north. <br /> 3. Engineered retaining wall design and details should be submitted with the building <br /> permit for review and approval. <br /> 4. This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) has been <br /> submitted. A$3000 sediment and erosion control financial security shouid be <br /> required of the owner for this permit. <br /> 5. We have estimated the construction cost for the project financial guarantee.The <br /> construction cost estimate is$158,973.
