MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday,April 18, 2016 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> • The application for Loma Linda was approved on Consent. The Ciry Council did not approve the <br /> extension of the retaining wall and followed the recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> • The Santrach variance on Bohn's Point Road was approved 5-0. The Council felt the lack of off- <br /> street parking was a hardship, especially given the distance from the road to the house. <br /> • The Hennepin County dock ordinance was adopted on a 5-0 vote. <br /> 11. PLANNING COMMISSION ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR <br /> Schoenzeit moved, Leskinen seconded,to nominate John Thiesse as Chair and Bruce Lemke as <br /> Vice Chair. VOTE: Ayes 3,Nays 0,Thiesse and Lemke Abstained. <br /> 12.
