The accessory buildiu�.g sha11 not be used for a home occupation unless <br /> specifically approved by the city; <br /> 2. The accessory building shall not ba used as a dwelling or guest house; and <br /> 3. The accessory building shall not be rented, leased or otherwise provided for use as <br /> a dwelling under any circumstances. <br />
