i - <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD MAY 27, 1986 <br />ATTENDANCE 8:28 P.M. <br />The Orono Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Mayor Butler, Councilmembers <br />Grabek, Frahm, Adams, and Hammerel. The following <br />represented the City staff: City Administrator <br />Bernhardson, Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson, <br />Building and Zoning Administrator Mabusth, Assistant <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and City Recorder <br />Peterson. City Attorney Barrett was also present. <br />CONSENT AGENDA* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, to approve the Consent Agenda* <br />as submitted. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, to approve the Minutes of the <br />regular May 12, 1986 Council Meeting as submitted. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no comments from the public at this time. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />#990 WARD FERRELL <br />3405 WATERTOWN ROAD <br />VARIANCE - DENIAL RESOLUTION <br />Mr. Ferrell was present and requested that this matter <br />be tabled because his attorney was unable to attend this <br />meeting. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Grabek, to table this matter until the <br />June 9th Council meeting. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />#991 AND #1018 WILLIAM J. ULRICH* <br />1535 AND 1595 BOHN'S POINT ROAD <br />AFTER -THE -FACT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br />Upon staff recommendation, it was moved by Councilmember <br />Frahm, seconded by Councilmember Hammerel, to table this <br />matter until the June 9th Council meeting pending <br />additional information. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />#999 BELDEN /MELINE / <br />3598 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br />VARIANCE - DENIAL RESOLUTION <br />Due to the fact that the applicant's, Benn Belden and <br />Evan Meline, were not present, Assistant Zoning <br />Administrator Gaffron recommended that this matter be <br />tabled for a month and he will notify applicants. <br />1 <br />
