The plan depicts fill as deep as 10-12 feet in places along the western side of the property. As drawn it appears the sewer service cleanout structure will be 4 feet underground. The plans were reviewed, comments were made and sent to the builder, several times. <br /> On May 26th we were notified the plans were changing. Today we received new construction plans, <br /> landscape plans and surveys. You each have a one set of the construction plans, landscape plan and <br /> survey, along with partial copies of the original site conditions/survey and a narrative from the builder <br /> with the proposed changes. <br /> The original set of plans, surveys, etc. are the shelving unit in the plan review area if you need to <br /> reference them. <br /> 1 <br />
