The prope�ty consists of 90,265 s.f. or <br /> 2.07 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this a��plication on March 16, 1998 <br /> and recommended approval of the proposed variances based upon the following <br /> �ndings: <br /> 1.
